Terms of Service

Please read carefully before booking.

 

1. Payment is preferred in cash at the venue, but can be received by Venmo/Paypal.

2. Alien Sheep Photos reserves the right to post photos from the shoot on social media and use them in promotional materials, unless it is discussed otherwise before the shoot.

3. Absolutely no photo, or portions of photos, may be used in the training of AI models, edited or "enhanced" via AI, or minted as an NFT.

4. You may sell prints from your shoot as long as Alien Sheep Photos is properly credited in your promotions. Alien Sheep Photos does not charge a licensing fee.

5. If you must reschedule your shoot, Alien Sheep Photos cannot guarantee you a slot at your new desired time. Please contact @aliensheep.photos on Instagram or email aliensheepphotos@gmail.com in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling.
